One on One Personal Training - The one on one personal training service I offer begins with a thorough evaluation of your current health and fitness status, previous exercise history and a goal setting session. You will then undergo strength and flexibility testing in order to identify any muscle weaknesses or imbalances. This information is used to design you a program that is specific to your needs and goals –everyone is unique and therefore you will be following a program that is just for you. You will also be required to complete a food diary so that your nutrition can be fine tuned which is vital to help you achieve your goals. All one on one sessions take place at my home gym.
$60 per one hour session (casual rate)
$500 for 10 one hour sessions (upfront payment)
