ABOUT MOBILITY

My name is Lucy Morris and I established Mobility Personal Training in Perth, Western Australia in 2009. I am a committed and passionate fitness professional with a special interest in women’s health and fitness. I believe that many women these days are so busy taking care of other peoples’ needs that they often neglect their own physical and emotional well-being as a result. In order for you to be the best you can be for the important people in your life it is imperative to spend time on yourself. It is common knowledge that regular exercise (combined with smart nutrition) not only has a range of physical benefits but also promotes mental wellness and confidence, and improves self-esteem.

I am dedicated to ensuring that my clients achieve their goals, however big or small they may be. I aim to set a great example myself by following a lifestyle of clean nutrition, and regular strength training and cardiovascular activity. I am also committed to my own professional learning and development so that I can share my knowledge with others and use it to deliver quality training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

•   Certificate III in Fitness
•   Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer; Children’s Trainer; Older Adults’ Trainer)
•   Level One and Level Two Advanced Personal Training (Sydney Sports and Athletic Performance Centre)
•   Senior First Aid
•   Basic Resuscitation
